Phase 2: Implementation

How it works

  • With assessments complete and clear timelines set. We start the implementation of a completely process managed business.
  • A combination of coaching, done-for-you implementation, and coursework allows you to move along you company development at your pace.
  • Each engagement starts with an hour goal and objective setting session where we get goals, expectations, and metrics aligned.

Total duration

  • Engagements are for 12 weeks minimums.
  • Transformation takes dedication and time. Our engagements are designed to build profitable, long-lasting, and chaos free businesses.
  • But we also understand that business moves quickly. In the assessment process we’ll look for and implement as many ‘quick wins’ as possible.
