Terms &Condition.
1. Fees and Payment:
- Fees for Profit Launchpad’s services are due upon receipt of the invoice.
- All fees are in Canadian dollars.
- Profit Launchpad reserves the right to change its fees at any time, but any changes will not apply to contracts already in place.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Clients may cancel their contract with Profit Launchpad at any time, but must provide 30 days’ written notice.
- Profit Launchpad will attempt to resolve any outstanding issues and complete all work during the 30-day notice period.
- If a client cancels their contract without providing 30 days’ notice, they will be responsible for paying all fees that would have been due during the 30-day notice period.
3. Governing Law:
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
4. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
- If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, they shall submit the dispute to mediation.
- If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
